All products displayed on the website are accompanied by a description (details, price and reference). The items that you can find at a retailer are also present on our site. Some elements accompanying the products are not contractual. In case of error or omission, Hédison is not responsible.

You can select as many products as you wish, within the limit of available stocks. Hédison keeps you informed of the availability of its products until the order confirmation stage. However, if the ordered products are out of stock, you will quickly receive an email to be informed. You will then be able to cancel your order and get a refund if the amount has already been deducted.

Your chosen articles are automatically added to your basket. The basket can be modified at any time, before validation of the order.

All our prices indicated on the website are in euros for Europe, all taxes included. They do not include shipping costs. The delivery rates are proposed to you during one of the stages of your order, before its validation.

In case of force majeure, the person concerned must inform us by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt.

Article L211-4 of the Consumer Code

The seller is obliged to deliver goods in conformity with the contract and is responsible for any defects in conformity existing at the time of delivery. He is also responsible for defects in conformity resulting from the packaging, the assembly instructions or the installation when the latter has been put at his charge by the contract or has been carried out under his responsibility.

To be in conformity with the contract, the good must :

correspond to the description given by the seller and have the qualities that the seller has presented to the buyer in the form of a sample or model;

The action resulting from the defect of conformity is prescribed by two years as from the delivery of the good.

Article 1641 of the French Civil Code

The seller is bound by the warranty for latent defects in the thing sold which render it unfit for the purpose for which it was intended, or which so diminish that purpose that the buyer would not have purchased it, or would have paid a lesser price for it, if he had known of them.

Article 1648 of the Civil Code

The action resulting from redhibitory defects must be brought by the buyer within two years of the discovery of the defect. In the case provided for in Article 1642-1, the action must be brought, under penalty of foreclosure, within one year from the date on which the seller may be relieved of the defects or apparent lack of conformity.

There shall be no need to rescind the contract or reduce the price if the seller undertakes to repair the defect.
