Costs and delays
You have a period of 14 days after receipt of your order to return your items. This return can be done against reimbursement by bank transfer.
The returned items must be unused, unwashed, with their label attached and in their packaging* to be returned.
If you bought a product that was on special offer, we will refund you the same amount.
You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We will only refund the product ordered.
