All our packages are prepared and shipped with love within 48 hours of your order if it was placed before 12:00, excluding weekends and holidays. During busy periods, it may take up to 72 hours to prepare your order for shipment.

You have a period of 14 days after receipt of your order to change your mind or return a package that does not suit you. This return can be done by bank transfer. We will issue your refund once we have received your returned order.

Signing up for your personal account is very simple.

You have to click on the "Account" tab located on the top right of the home page, or on the menu from your phone.

Then you just have to enter your email address and the information requested and validate.

You can also go directly to this registration link to create your account.

To connect to your Hedison account, click on the icon corresponding to your account space located at the top right of the page on our site, or on the menu from your phone. Then enter your email address and your password, and validate.

This action is not required, but we recommend it.

Creating a customer account before placing your order allows you to have access to all your personal information, your order tracking and your history.

To receive our newsletter and be informed of our latest news, you just have to enter your email address at the bottom of the page of our site. You will receive a validation email.

A code to get a 10% discount on your first order is sent to you for any registration.

If you are unable to log in to your customer account because you have forgotten your password, go to your account area at the top right of the page on our site, enter your email address and click on "Forgot your password". 

You will receive an email to allow you to reset your password.

To change your password or personal information, log into your customer account and click on the tab for the information you wish to update.

If you no longer wish to receive our newsletters, simply click on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the page. You can also send an email to hello@hedisonparis.com to let us know.

If you wish to delete your customer account and your personal data, contact us at hello@hedisonparis.com or via the contact form.

Please note that once your account is deleted we cannot retrieve it.

If your order has already been paid and validated, it is impossible to modify or cancel it.

We recommend that you contact us at hello@hedisonparis.com as soon as possible or via our contact form on our website.

If it is indicated in your order tracking that your package has been returned to sender, please contact us at hello@hedisonparis.com or via our contact form on our website.

To track your order, go to your customer space.

You will also receive an email when your order is shipped with the tracking number of your package. Then you just have to go to the website of the transport agency and enter the code indicated.

As long as your order has not been validated or payment has not been made, you can modify the items in your basket at any time.

In order to adopt an increasingly eco-responsible approach, we ship your items in packaging made from recycled cardboard. It is recyclable and compostable. Remember to sort your products.

It is also possible to choose the Hipli sustainable package as an option for an additional €1. This package can be deposited at your nearest post office.
